Wellness & Self-Discovery through art
You’re invited. Whether you’re an individual seeking your creative voice, a team reconnecting through expression, or a school or gallery exploring collaboration. My sessions blend creative freedom with therapeutic grounding, opening a space where colour, imagination and reflection meet.
Art is more than what we see; it’s a language of the soul, expressing what words sometimes cannot. My own journey through change and self-discovery, finding my voice through colour and tone, has shaped both my art and the way I guide others. At the heart of every session lies a deep belief in your creativity, your story, and your potential to grow

I was honoured to have taken part and attend the Wellbeing Exhibition thanks to Anna and her team who put together such an amazing day. I enjoyed the day immensely and it was a great opportunity to see all the amazing artwork. I felt very proud to have my own work on display to, it felt like a great achievement.

Anna gently encouraged me to express myself through drawing in the Art Project when I felt vulnerable and hesitant. She was good at giving nurturing feedback, which gave me hope that, whilst I felt very stuck, the drawings communicated movement and meaning.

Anna is eminently suited to be an art therapy provider, not least because of her training in art, some training as an art therapist and extensive experience supporting victims of domestic violence, torture, and trafficking as well as refugees without recourse. She has won many awards and her skills, talent and charisma when engaging traumatised people to express themselves through various mediums of art recognised by every organisation for whom she has worked to date.

Anna is a very talented artist and a brilliant teacher. Her workshops at King's have been transformative experiences as she encourages everyone to 'let go' and see what happens on paper. Through Anna’s supportive approach, and the openness she encourages among participants, we create a space in which we can express ourselves as we are and in which we all feel we belong, regardless of background, position or (legal) status.

The course gave me a lifeline during a very dark period of my life. I found that the women in the class were cheerful and confident, despite facing their own major difficulties. The atmosphere was open, creative and honest, and everyone happily shared their art, regardless of artistic talent. During those first few sessions I realised that I had not worried during the time I had been sketching – I had managed to switch off the vigilant “always on” feeling that I had. The class was also a lifeline at a time when there was no social contact possible outside the home.

Everything is Connected…
Alongside individual artwork, participants collaborate on large sheets of paper, fostering connection and a sense of shared experience. The session offers a safe and supportive environment in which you can explore your recovery journey, share daily challenges, and celebrate personal achievements.
